Carrots are a very nutritious vegetable. People eat carrots in different ways i.e., in fresh form or in pizza etc. Some people drink it as juice.

It is also eaten cooked as a vegetable. In Asia in particular and in the rest of the world it is also eaten as a salad.

As we know IBS is a disease of the digestive system which has symptoms. The patient’s digestive system is severely disturbed.

As far as the eating carrots is concerned, it is beneficial in IBS in every way. It can be eaten as a simple salad as well as cooked.

First of all, whenever you eat raw carrots, chew them very much.

Because if you do not do this, the carrot pieces will go into your digestive system and take time to digest and sometimes indigestion.

In the same way, when you are eating as a salad, do not drink water on top of it. Spend an hour and a half without water.
