Immediately after you eat, if you feel that your stomach is upset, that is, you are having discus, then you should boil water and drink it little by little

Hot water mainly stimulates the digestive system. You should use it when you are having a stomach ache, stopping your digestion, or stomach upset due to some unfavourable food.

Consumption of very hot water on an empty stomach does not give many benefits in IBS as it stimulates the digestive system which increases the chances of crampings

You take it quiet after meals. Or at a time when it will be easier for you and you will not have to go through a painful phase

The use of hot water in hot weather does not benefit IBS as it does in cold weather. This means that if you have IBS and you are living in a cold area

But one thing to keep in mind is to use only pure water and do not put anything in it
