Grapes are beneficial as well as can cause disturbance in IBS....

There is a type of IBS-D in which the patient gets diarrhea although grapes are a low-FODMAP diet. But not suitable for IBS-D patients.

Grapes are high in water content and can be soften the food in gut and will less problematic in the bathroom.

When you are deciding to eat grapes first select the verity of grapes that favors you. Similarly, don't eat grapes to much.
