How to reduce IBS symptoms due to bananas

If the symptoms of IBS are appearing due to eating banana, then one should eat full stomach and should also use such items in food which reduce the symptoms of IBS.
If the symptoms are still appearing, use the medicine prescribed by the doctor and try to sleep early at night.
