What is IBS?
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disorder in which the patient suffers from various symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramping in the intestines, gas, constipation, headache, etc. And because of these symptoms, the patient spends almost all the time in anxiety. It makes it difficult for the patient to perform his daily tasks.
Patient food comes out as a hassle for him. The causes of IBS are not yet known, but it is certain that intensive research is going on to find out its causes, as well as its treatment is a very difficult task. Because the symptoms of IBS are fluctuating, it can be difficult to diagnose or treat.
There are three types of IBS: IBS-C, IBS-D, and IBS-M.
In the beginning, the patient uses many medications, but with time, he is inclined to change his diet and lifestyle to minimize the symptoms of IBS, and the patient try to take a special diet that is suitable for him.

Role of diet in IBS
An IBS patient has to consume food very carefully. In this diet, which is low FODMAP, the value is suitable for IBS.
However, a high FODMAP is not ideal for an IBS patient and may cause IBS symptoms to appear.
Likewise, chemicals that are synthetic are also not IBS-friendly, meaning they exacerbate IBS symptoms such as high pH acids and bases.

Why does China salt disturb the gut system of IBS patient?
The exact cause of IBS symptoms is not known, but it is theorized that the salt disrupts the ions in the cells of the intestinal lining, causing these symptoms.
Solution of symptoms caused by China salt.
If the symptoms are appearing due to eating Chinese food, then the solution is the medicine recommended by the doctor. This is because it causes symptoms that can be cured only with proper medicine.
The same medicine is taken what the doctor recommends. Do not take any medicine on your own. Similarly, drinking more water and going to sleep is also a solution. As long as the food remains in the body, the symptoms of IBS will continue to appear. And the problem will not go away, so, IBS patients should not use Chinese salt under any circumstances. Do not eat food that contains Chinese salt. And this avoidance will helpful for IBS patients.
