Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disease in which the patient suffers from various symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal cramping, gas formation in the abdomen, sometimes diarrhea and sometimes constipation, sometimes both.
The patient is fed up with new symptoms day by day. Along with a mental problem, if the patient continues to use a diet that is not suitable for the patient, the patient may start showing symptoms of IBS. Patients who are suffering from this have to be very careful about their diet and lifestyle. Those factors who disturb the patient and show symptoms should be kept away from them.
