Nuggets are basically a food that is easily available in the market. Meat and especially chicken is its main and major ingredient. Besides, it is made with a lot of spices to make it taste so good that the eater eats it with delicious taste.

Nuggets can be made and prepared at home but can be easily bought from the market.
We can add nuggets as a type of already prepared fast food that means you don’t have to put in much effort to make them. You buy them from the market, open the package, heat them and you can eat them.

What are nuggets made from?

As mentioned above, nuggets can be made from a variety of ingredients, with meat being the main ingredient, with corn flour as an also ingredient. Spices are present in it, after that it is fried and then it is eaten as per requirement.

Can I eat nuggets in IBS?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disorder in which the patient is troubled by symptoms such as abdominal pain, gas, constipation, diarrhea, and colon pain. It has two main types IBS-C and IBS-D. Eating nuggets are not very good in IBS either there is IBS-C or IBS-D. Frying it in oil with the spices present in the nuggets does not give favor to IBS patients. If the nuggets are eaten in large quantities, white or yellow mucus also comes out of the stool. And the stool does not come out fully and the patient remains confused. Similarly, If IBS patient eat nuggets in empty stomach there will be gas and cramping like feeling in abdomen.

How to reduce IBS symptoms caused by nuggets

If you have eaten a large amount of nuggets and IBS symptoms have started, eat ice cream as soon as possible. If you have eaten nuggets at night, then Psyllium is good for your symptoms. If you are out of tolerance, use the medicine prescribed by the doctor. Try to sleep early at night.
