How to reduce the symptoms of IBS caused by carbonated water

The main cause of IBS symptoms in carbonated water is the gas and chemicals in it. The solution is warm water and drink a little bit. This way you will turn the hot water bottle over your stomach and on intestines.  It will heat the gas and try to make its way.

Similarly, you should not eat anything which is not suitable for IBS because If you are already in symptoms then doing so will cause more symptoms which will cause trouble outside.

Use hot water little by little but keep on using the medicine only when you can tolerate the symptoms at all.
